• Our HX35 rebuild kits include a thrust bearing with larger oil feed holes. Smaller feed holes commonly found in aftermarket hx35 rebuild kits cause failure from lack of lubrication and cooling to the thrust bearing.
• Our journal bearing bearings are revised by having grooves cut in the center of the journal bearing for increased oil flow, cooling, and lubrication around the whole journal bearing. If you are or planning to increase the boost on your HX35 turbo, the extra lubrication will help prevent the journal bearing from wearing out under high boost conditions.
• Our HX35 rebuild includes staggered front and rear piston ring seals to provide you a better seal than the factory piston ring seals by eliminating piston ring seal gap.
