Here are the most common Holset HX35 turbo specs:

1996 - 1998 12v Dodge Ram Cummins Factory Hx35 turbo specs: compressor wheel: 56mm x 82mm 8 blade; turbine wheel: 60mm x 70mm 12 blade 

1999 - 2002 Dodge Ram 24v 5.9 Cummins (manual transmission) factory HX35 turbo specs: compressor wheel: 53.9mm x 78mm 7+7 blade; turbine wheel: 60mm x 70mm 12 blade

1999 - 2002 Dodge Ram 24v 5.9 Cummins (automatic transmission) factory HY35 turbo specs: compressor wheel: 53.9mm x 78mm 7+7 blade; turbine wheel: 58mm x 65mm 12 blade

Special Notes: The HX35 and HY35 7+7 blade 53.9mm x 78mm compressor wheel are the same wheel. The 2003 - 2004 Dodge Ram 5.9 Cummins also had an HE341 that had a 53.9mm x 78mm 7+7 blade (<—same as HX35) or 56mm x 78mm 7+7 blade compressor wheel with machined housings to match the wheel.
